Our Retreats

We combine science-based nervous system regulation practices—including somatic movement, yoga, cold and heat immersion, and conscious breathwork—with compassionate coaching to uncover the deeper beliefs and past traumas that may be holding you back. These experiences allow participants to re-pattern their nervous systems, dissolve old narratives, and cultivate new ways of showing up in the world.
